Cancellation Policy
48‑Hour Cancellation Requirement Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost will apply when: • The client cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice • The cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property • The service is declined or postponed upon arrival Same‑Day Cancellations Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows will be billed at 100% of the scheduled service cost.
