Refund Policy -
At SteadyShine Services, we take pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality cleaning and porter services. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with the work performed. Because our services involve labor, scheduling, and resource allocation, refunds are handled carefully and only under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered when:
• A payment was made for a service that was not rendered due to scheduling or access issues caused by SteadyShine.
• A duplicate payment was processed in error.
• A cancellation was submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Refunds are not available for:
• Completed services or partial dissatisfaction after work has been performed.
• Same‑day cancellations or denied access upon arrival.
• Services canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice (these are subject to a 50% cancellation fee).
