These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by SteadyShine Services LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By scheduling or receiving services from SteadyShine Services LLC, the client (“you” or “the Client”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
SteadyShine Services LLC provides cleaning, porter services, unit turnovers, after‑event cleanups, and related property maintenance services.
The specific scope of work will be outlined in each service agreement, proposal, or invoice. Any additional tasks not listed may incur additional charges.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients must ensure that our team has safe and uninterrupted access to the property at the scheduled time.
Delays caused by restricted access, locked areas, or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling fees or full service charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate service details and instructions
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity, lighting) are available
• Remove personal items or hazards that may interfere with cleaning
• Notify us of any special conditions, fragile items, or areas requiring caution
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre‑existing conditions, improper installation, or structural issues.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Late payments may result in service interruption, late fees, or collection actions.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit/debit card
• ACH
• Bank transfer
• Approved invoicing terms
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide written notice at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a 50% cancellation fee
• Same‑day cancellations, no‑shows, or denied access upon arrival are billed at 100% of the scheduled service
This policy applies to all services, including porter services, turnovers, and after‑event cleanups.
6. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance
If you are unsatisfied with any portion of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, but refunds are not guaranteed for completed work.
7. Liability Limitations
SteadyShine Services LLC is insured and follows industry‑standard safety practices.
However, we are not liable for:
• Pre‑existing damage
• Wear and tear
• Pest infestations
• Mold, mildew, or hazardous conditions
• Items not disclosed as fragile or high‑value
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Property Damage & Reporting
Any accidental damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours.
Failure to report promptly may void eligibility for repair or reimbursement.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• There is harassment or inappropriate behavior
• The environment contains biohazards or illegal substances
• The client repeatedly violates policies
10. Changes to Terms
SteadyShine Services LLC may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a California court of competent jurisdiction.
